The Eternal Substrate Operator (ℰ): A Unified Framework of Existence, Stability, and Future Survivability in Operatorology and Artificial Intelligence Abstract This paper introduces the Eternal Substrate Operator (ℰ) as a foundational operator within the Operatorology framework. ℰ is constructed by unifying three fundamental filtering mechanisms: Tuy’s Cut (TC), enforcing logical existence; the Entropy Collapse Operator (ECO), enforcing dynamical stability and convergence; and the Pre-Obsolescence Horizon Operator (ΠΩ), enforcing long-term survivability across future horizons. ℰ is defined as a convergent dynamical operator that extracts the subset of structures that are logically irreducible, dynamically stable, and temporally resilient.
