Operatorology: A Verifiable Operator-Based Framework for Adaptive Intelligence (Operator Intelligence – O.i as an Executable System, Not a “Crackpot” Theory) I. INTRODUCTION In modern science, the boundary between a novel theory and what is often labeled as “crackpot” is not determined by novelty, but by verifiability, consistency with established knowledge, and implementability. Operatorology is proposed as a meta-framework for modeling evolution, optimization, and decision-making processes in terms of operators acting on a possibility space. In parallel, Operator Intelligence (O.i) represents the execution layer, where operator chains are deployed as actual computational systems. This paper argues that Operatorology and O.i do not satisfy the characteristics of a “crackpot” system. Instead, they constitute a structured, testable, and potentially implementable framework grounded in exis
