Prime-TB Cut: A Prime-Guided Topological-Boundary Operator for Decomposing Identity, Shadow, Spectrum, and Interface Layers Author: Phan Thành Trung ORCID: 0009-0000-7520-6781 Affiliation: Independent Researcher, Vietnam Abstract This paper introduces Prime-TB Cut , a conceptual operator for decomposing structured entities through prime-guided topological boundaries. Inspired by the functional logic of CRISPR-Cas9 as a guided cutting system in molecular biology, Prime-TB Cut is proposed as a representational operator rather than a physical or biochemical tool. In CRISPR-Cas9, guide RNA directs Cas9 to a target DNA sequence. In Prime-TB Cut, the Prime Guide Signature , denoted PGS(E) , directs the operator toward structural boundaries where an entity can be decomposed into multiple descriptor layers. Prime-TB Cut acts on the representational structure of an entity E , which may be a nucli
