Prime–Ulam Nuclear Integer Grid Author: Phan Thành Trung ORCID: 0009-0000-7520-6781 Introduction Prime–Ulam Nuclear Integer Grid is the first dataset in the Prime–Ulam research program. It is designed to transform the nuclear integers Z , N , and A into a computable, normalizable, benchmarkable, and reusable arithmetic–geometric feature layer for nuclear-data research. The dataset introduces Prime–Ulam Descriptors , an arithmetic–geometric feature layer derived from the prime-factor structure and Ulam projection of the nuclear integers Z , N , and A . These features are intended to support computational feature engineering, exploratory nuclear-data analysis, benchmark construction, and studies in Explainable Artificial Intelligence ( XAI ). Dataset Scope The first version of the dataset covers a nuclear integer configuration space with: Proton-number range: Z = 1–172 ; Neutron-number ran
