A HIERARCHICAL OPERATOR FRAMEWORK FOR THE FORMATION OF REALITY A Formal System Based on Boundary Conditions, Hierarchical Compression, and State Locking Author: Phan Thành Trung Abstract This paper presents a formal framework in which reality is described as the locked spectrum of a hierarchical chain of operators acting on a general state space. Instead of treating the universe as a collection of objects or fields, the proposed approach models existence as the stable or near-stable solution of a structured operator pipeline consisting of symmetry breaking, boundary conditioning, hierarchical compression, deviation measurement, and state locking. Within this framework, existence is defined as invariance or near-invariance under a composite operator; observed entropy arises from projection and loss of degrees of freedom; and local irreversibility emerges from hierarchical compression.
